Public Relations Supervisor
Responsibillities & Roles
- Overseeing communications to the media, including preparing articles, press releases, press kits and other content initiatives
- Cultivates and manages relationships with media representatives
- Promote good company reputation and preserve brand awareness
- Generate mutual benefit partnership with media or commercial/corporate
- Develop a communications plan: including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high level placement in print, broadcast, online media and social media
- Coordinate all media relations activities
- Plan and oversee press event
- Manage media inquiries and interview request
- Create press release content, byline articles and keynote presentations
- Detect public relations issues as they emerge and address them directly
- Monitor, analyze and report all PR, Content Writer and Social Media results on monthly basis
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and branding
- Build relationships with opinion leaders to grow our brand awareness
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends
- Developing community with prospective commercial partners and engage new partnership
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreement
- Maintain and develop the commercial partner database
Skills Required
- Minimum 29 years old, maximum 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Multi-tasking, Good Personality, Well-Groomed, Management
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
